Website privacy
Updated October 11, 2026
This page explains the Human Freefall website. It does not describe the data practices of every linked app or service.
Browsing
This website does not require a browsing account. Its email signup service and embedded media are described below. Its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Your preferences and booking brief
Your Fan, Client or Collaborator viewing preference is saved in your browser on this device. The booking form builds a draft locally; its contents are not uploaded or saved by this website. Copying the brief uses your device clipboard.
Signal Studio
Your eight drum patterns, sound bank choices, tempo and swing settings are saved locally in your browser on this device. They are not sent to a server. Pattern and audio exports are generated in your browser and downloaded only when you choose to export.
Email inquiries
Contact links open a draft in your email application. Nothing is sent until you send it. Messages you choose to send are used to respond to your inquiry.
External services
The embedded Instagram profile, YouTube film and Luma 3D viewer load as you approach their sections. These services receive technical information needed to deliver their content and follow their own privacy practices. YouTube requests muted autoplay; playback depends on your browser settings. Links to Instagram, Spotify, YouTube and product websites open those services under their own privacy practices. The press kit is a downloadable document.
Human Freefall email updates and downloads
When you subscribe through an Human Freefall signup form, Kit processes your email address, confirmation status and the form or product you signed up for. We use this information to deliver the requested download and send news about Human Freefall apps, tools and device updates. HF VCA signups are identified separately so we can send relevant product information.
A confirmation email verifies your address before the download is delivered. You can unsubscribe from future updates using the link in those emails, or contact us to request removal. Kit may process technical information to operate its forms and email delivery; see Kit’s privacy policy. You do not need to join the list to browse the website or read the product sheet.
